There is a right time to do it!

When to end your marriage?

When to end your marriage?

Breaking Your Vows

When you think back to the day when you vowed “…until death do us part”, you start to begin to wonder whether or not you’re making the right decision in ending your marriage. You always wonder, in some secret part of your heart, whether or not there is still some chance that you and your significant other can fix your marriage.

While there are some marriages that do survive problems and come out stronger for it, most of the time, when you are feeling that you should end your marriage already, you are actually right. Here are some times when you should already end a marriage:

· You’re The One For Me…and You, and You Too!

Infidelity is one of the major reasons for a marriage to end, and there are times when the spouse just made a monumental mistake, but is willing to start over. However, if your spouse is a serial cheater, is not remorseful over their actions, or your gut is telling you that this won’t be the last time something like this will happen, then it’s time to end the marriage cold.

· Bruises are the New Fashion Accessory

According to police reports, over 50% of calls come from instances of domestic violence. If you are already a statistic, or you fear that you are in danger of becoming one, then it’s time to get out of that marriage as fast as you can! No one should ever have to experience an abusive or exploitative marriage.

· Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees

Most married couples agree that many (if not most) of their fights usually stem from financial mattes. If you and your spouse never seem to agree on your finances, and you’ve tried everything from trying to compromise to actually going to a marriage counselor, and it still doesn’t work, you can stop hoping now. It’s not going to work, ever.

· Irreconcilable Differences

This is actually a general term that couples use as a reason for splitting up if their reason does not fall under the realm of other legally accepted terms. When you first fall in love, you usually become blinded to all other feelings regarding the person, but when the blush of love cools, this is when you realize that “you were never really meant for each other”.
